The Transportation Education Center (TEC) was designed as a student-oriented educational facility and brought together the automotive and aviation degree programs and their students and faculty in one location.

In 2006, Morris Library added an additional 50,000 sq ft from the original structure to support staff, teaching, distance learning, and events. They wanted to make a comfortable and productive place for students, faculty, and the community to be able to conduct research, meet with peers in study groups, find reference material and technology, and have a quite place to come and study. In 2012, the 6th and 7th floor were completed with additional group study and collaborative spaces.
Designed: Over 80 Private Offices, 20+ Open Work Areas for Departments, 5 Conference Rooms, 14 Group Study Rooms, Lounge Areas on the 6th and 7th Floor, Writing Center on the 2nd Floor, and a Coffee / Dining Area on the Ground Floor.

The Student Service Building was designed as a central HUB for both undergraduate and graduate students to enroll or transfer into the university; check classes; receive help with financial aid and student housing; pay student fees; and to receive career development assistance. The building was designed and constructed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
Over 150 Private OFfices, Over 30 Work Areas, 8 Conference Rooms, Student Computer Room, 3 Multi-purpose Rooms, Large Break Room, and a Main Lounge Area in the Center lobby on all 4 floors.

University Center Main Lobby / Lounge Area with Curved, Casual, and a Comfortable place for students to meet (Kimball Villa with Arc Com Textiles). University Center Upstairs Lounge Area with High Back Sofa Seating for a more intimate and high impact seating that includes pop-up electrical and USB plug ins for students between class (National Office Furniture Fringe Seating with Arc Com Textiles).
